Deciding Who to Call

ISSUE	WHO TO CONTACT

If the problem involves fire or a crime, it is considered an emergency:	Call 9-911 immediately!

If the request is urgent, e.g, a building lockout, a maintenance issue such as overflowing toilet, or late submission for Custodial or Labor support for an event:	Call Urgent Facilities Requests This number should only be used if none of the other numbers apply!

If you need to cancel or modify an existing service request, want to accelerate scheduling of a request or have questions about status or changing content of your request:	Call or send an email to Service Requests above.

If you have trouble entering data, finding a location or submitting a work request:	Call or email the Technical - Web App above

If this is a request for Events or Labor Service:	Call or email Events & Labor Services above.

If you have questions about billing or other financial matters:	Call or email Work Order Billing above.

If you are having trouble entering data or submitting a Transportation request:	Contact a support specialist at Parking & Transportation
