The Technical Services Group (TSG) supports the computing system infrastructure for Facilities
Operations, including desktop computers and applications, personal digital assistants (PDAs),
server administration, and local network administration.
TSG also performs special projects management and conducts computer and application training for
Facilities Operations personnel. TSG is also responsible for maintaining the FAMIS work order
management system.
Facilities Operations personnel may contact the TSG help desk at 5-0445 or send an email to
help@bonair. Customers requiring help with work requests or the
web application should refer to the help page for contact information.
